Delivery Location and Installation iShopping will deliver Shell LPG cylinders to the customer’s door or designated outdoor gas cylinder storage area, provided that the location is safely accessible by vehicle. For safety and liability reasons: iShopping does not deliver gas cylinders inside homes, apartments, or other indoor spaces. iShopping does not install, connect, disconnect, or otherwise handle gas cylinder fittings or appliances. Under no circumstances will iShopping personnel install or connect a gas cylinder at the delivery location. Customers are responsible for ensuring that a safe and accessible delivery location is available and for arranging proper installation by a qualified individual if required. Failed Delivery Customers must ensure that they are available to receive the delivery and that the empty Shell cylinder for exchange (if applicable) is accessible at the delivery location. A delivery will be considered unsuccessful if: the customer is not present at the delivery address, the cylinder for exchange is not available or accessible, the delivery location is not accessible by vehicle, or the driver is unable to safely complete the delivery. If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful: the order may be cancelled, and the delivery fee will still apply. Any remaining balance for the order will be credited to the customer’s iShopping account for future purchases. Customers may place a new delivery order if they wish to reschedule the delivery. Driver Safety and Delivery Refusal The safety of iShopping drivers and customers is a priority. An iShopping driver may refuse or cancel a delivery if the driver determines that the delivery conditions are unsafe or unsuitable, including but not limited to: unsafe road or property access, aggressive or threatening behavior, loose animals or other hazards at the delivery location, unsafe handling conditions for LPG cylinders. In such circumstances, the delivery may be cancelled, and the delivery charge will still apply. Any remaining balance will be credited to the customer’s iShopping account. Cylinder Exchange Policy iShopping provides exchange services exclusively for Shell LPG cylinders. For the purpose of this policy, Shell cylinders are defined as cylinders that: display the Shell or Gas It branding, and are typically orange or blue in color. The can may also say "property of Shell Gas," or "property of Vivo Energy." If a customer places an exchange order and the driver determines that the cylinder presented for exchange is not a Shell / Vivo Energy cylinder, the exchange cannot be completed. In such cases, the customer may choose one of the following options: Purchase a new Shell cylinder at the applicable price; or Cancel the order, in which case the order amount will be credited to the customer’s iShopping account, less the applicable delivery charge.
